Kim is a Barrister and Solicitor based in Te Awamutu and has over a decade of experience representing clients in all court levels in Criminal defence and Family law.
Kim is Criminal Lawyer with a Provider Approval Level three and she represent people who have been charged with serious offences such as wounding with intent to cause grievous bodily harm or sexual offences.
Kim has represented clients at jury trials who have been acquitted of unlawful sexual violation, and wounding with intent to cause grievous bodily harm and various other charges. Kim has represented clients in the District Court, High Court, and Court of Appeal and those who have appeared before the Parole Board.
Kim is on the PDLA and Duty Lawyer rosters to assist people when they are first charged or facing charges. Kim’s goal is to obtain the best outcome for each client in their individual circumstances.
Kim is approved by Legal Services as lead provider in Family Law and Family Legal Advice Service. Kim has represented clients in the Family Court in proceedings under the Care of Children Act 2004, Oranga Tamariki Act, Adoption Act, and Protection of Personal and Property Rights Act 1988.
